Day 330 – New Things to Learn
We’ve all read or heard about studies showing that humans
lose less brain power, maintain memory, and can even delay some symptoms of
Alzheimer’s and dementia by continuing to learn new things. I think I’m adding a few years to my life
with what I’m doing in my new job. OK,
maybe only a few days, but still – I have a list of online videos to watch,
documents to read and records to review regarding my new job. Of course, I wonder if the videos help or
hurt, since there is no interaction, but at least it’s new material, right?
